PMDD often make you feel all alone, that no one gets you, trapped in your own mind and body with little possiblity to influence your life to the better. There are of course ways to treat PMDD but this post is about all of us living with PMDD and the platforms and forums women with PMDD created to help others, to support and find relief knowing that no one of us are alone!
So here is a list of blogs, Facebook groups, other forums and social media channels to read, get support and support others. These are only a selection since there are lots of channels to find likeminded women going through the same journey. Many of the blogs have social media but I haven’t listed them all.
This blog is written by the International Association For Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD). They don’t have many posts at the moment but the site itself is a great resource for information and tools, both for professionals and individuals suffering from PMDD and PME.

The Vicious cycle blog have many PMDD stories from sufferers and is a good option if you want to read about fellow sisters experiences.

Living on a Prayer has been going strong since 2010 and thus have a lot of posts about PMDD so if you want to something to read it’s just to dig in!
